No. DigIn Packs are completely free for students. They’re funded by brands who want to help you settle into university life with useful, relevant products.

Can I give feedback on a product?

Yes — scan the QR code in your pack to share your thoughts. Your feedback goes directly to the brand to help improve future products and campaigns.

What’s inside a DigIn Pack?

Every Packs is curated with brands that add real value to students’ early university life — from essential products to helpful services. We avoid alcohol, junk food, or irrelevant offers. Brands are pre-approved and university-compliant.

Is there any cost to the university?

No. DigIn handles logistics, partnerships, and campaign operations. We work in collaboration with universities to ensure smooth distribution and full transparency. You can also opt-in to student insight or wellbeing campaign support.

Are these campaigns ethical?

Yes. We reject surveillance-based advertising and predatory targeting. Students opt in to share feedback. All campaigns are designed with transparency, value, and respect in mind — often aligned to ESG or wellbeing priorities.
