Method
We measure three things: that your product arrived, what students thought of it, and what they say they will do next. Delivery comes from our delivery partner’s dispatch figures, confirmed by our operations team. Students answer through mydigin.com, which is printed on every bag.

Every campaign, surveyed.
Our rules.
Every number carries its sample size and its date.
Purchase intent is reported as intent. We do not call it sales or recall.
Reach is never shown as a sample.
We do not quote email open rates, because mail apps open many emails automatically. We report emails delivered and campaign results.
We do not publish a figure we have not counted.
Client results go public only with the client’s written permission.
Limits we tell you about.
Survey respondents choose to answer and are often offered an incentive. Results are unweighted. We say so on every report.
